Type locality Unstated but mapped as in Watson's Bay, Lizard Island, Queensland, Australia. The geolocation as -14.6613° 145.4495° is estimated from the authors' map. However, in the AM catalogue AM.45875 is "600 m south-west of Research Point", which is the SW corner of the island, so this is different from the authors' account. [details]
