Taxonomy This combination is a junior homonym of Hymedesmia clavigera sensu Levinsen, 1887 (as Esperella) subsequently proposed by Alander (1942). Since the latter species is now assigned to Lissodendoryx (Ectyodoryx) we will refrain from proposing a new name for Lundbeck's species. [details]
