Authority: The pages (221-222) of the Encyclopédie Méthodique containing Cardium glaucum were published by Bruguière in June 1789 according to Evenhuis (2003). The date of publication of Poiret's Voyage en Barbarie is not known to the month, and under Art. 21.3.2 of the Code the date to be adopted is 31 December 1789. So, Bruguière is the author of the name Cardium glaucum by application of priority. [details] | ||||||||||
