Notes  DiagnosisThaumatometra with cirri ~30, 7-8 mm long, of 12-16+ cirrals; longest cirrals with L/W ratio ~4 (median width); antepenultimate L/W ratio ~1.33; penultimate hardly, if at all, longer than broad. P1 of ~20 segments, with first 2-3 not longer than broad and following segments becoming very elongate with expanded and spiny joints. P2 probably shorter and may bear a gonad. Arms ~25 mm long. [details]

Distribution: Near Kermadec Islands and NE of New Zealand. Depth range: 1,152-1,279 m. [details]
