Checked: verified by a taxonomic editorDiagnosis Isselicrinidae with brachitaxes typically with fewer than 5 brachials beyond secundaxil (more in Cenocrinus). Symplectial facets of columnals with lanceolate areolae opened outward and with relatively few crenulae (<8). Nodals always with 5 cirrus sockets, except in Endoxocrinus (Diplocrinus) alternicirrus (Carpenter, 1882) in which nodals have only 2 or 3 cirri.  [details]
