Type designation: Beu (2005:114) designated the wider syntype in Linnaeus' collection preserved at LSL, London (marked "441") as lectotype of Buccinum pomum Linnaeus, 1758 and as neotype for Cassis labrosa Martini, 1773 as referred to by Gray (1847,137). [details]
