Note  Diagnosis: Large shells for the genus with an average sized protoconch. Between the suture and the shoulder there is a subsutural concave ramp. The axial plicae become very strong on the shoulder and render the latter one crenulate. C. aphrodite is known from only two probably subadult shells, but adults of C. kurodai all have solid black teeth on the outer lip. [details]
