Taxonomic Remark: as many other larger taxa of the genus regarded to be a synonym of S. vermicularis (e.g. Dew 1959), but re-elevated to specific rank again by ten Hove & Jansen-Jacobs (1984); however, S. vasifera non Haswell, sensu Ehlers (1907) should be attributed to S. zelandica [details]
