Habitat At low tide, from stones in rock pools, and among algal holdfasts and crevice fauna, at shallow water.  [details]

Reproduction Eight of 10 examined syntypes with male gametes. Accessory parapodial cirri absent in smaller specimens; one syntype (AHF Poly 844, measuring 4.1 mm in length for 23 setigers) with very short accessory cirri and few falcigers, thought to be in the early stages of epitoky.  [details]
