Also distributed in Guam, Seleo Island, New Caledonia (Clark, 1954); Ceylon, East Indies, north Australia, Philippine, China, south Japan and South Pacific Is. (Clark & Rowe, 1971); Australia (Rowe & Gates, 1995).
