Note  Description: Length: 30-36 cm. Plumage: above brown with dark brown wings; crown grey; face and below vinous pink with grey lower belly; tail blackish at base with broad grey band at tip. Immature with pale rufous above; obscure black nuchal band. Bare parts: iris orange to red; eyering dark red; bill black with powdery blue cere; feet and legs purplish red. Habitat: found in mangrove, but any other wooded area will do. Resident. <389><391><393> [details]
