Checked: verified by a taxonomic editorBasionym Amoureux (1977) used both insolita and insolata in the original description. However, insolata appears only once and it is not compatible with the etymology of the species epithet. According to the author, the epithet is derived of the unusual ("insolite"in French) pattern of chaetae morphology observed. [details]
