Taxonomy The species name was used in a list published by Gorbunov (1946) with Burton as its authority, but this was without description and thus it became a nomen nudum. Koltun (1959) described the species properly attributing it to Burton (1946), but if a nomen nudum is used again for the intended species, it takes authorship from the subsequent description, thus making Koltun the legitimate author (information from Olga Sheiko). [details]
