this is the first record of the polyp stage of E. indicans for Iceland, but the adult medusa is already known from here. [details] Biology: colonial [details] Remark: Medusa are common between half April and the end of May along the Belgian coast. It is quite easy to rear small colonies with primary polyps from the medusa. My primary polyps had 10 tentacles (range 9-12). [details] | |||||||
