This is the third part of study on Chinese Serpulidae and Spirorbidae. A total of 24 species, belonging to Apomatus, Circiger, Ditrupa, Salmacina, Metavermilia, Pomatoleios, Pomatostegus and Protula of Serpulidae, and Circeis , Dexiospira , Duplicaria , Eulaeospira, Janua , Pileolaria ·and Simplicaria of Spirorbidae are identified. Among them 10 species are recorded for the first time from the Chinese Waters and 1 complex group Filograna/ Salmacina dyster Huxley. A list of the species is given in which those marked with an asterisk are recorded for the first time from China.
