Seven new or unusual species of Phyllodocidae are reported from Georges Bank. Phyllouschakovius armigerum represents a new genus and species unique in having a distinct armature on the proboscis. Phyllodoce pettiboneae, new species, in unusual in having a row of large basal cusps on the proboscis. Cirrodoce cristata Hartman & Fauchald is transferred to the genus Clavadoce and redescribed. Genetyllis castanea, Hesionura elongata, and Mystides caeca are all newly reported to Georges Bank. Mystides borealis and M. caeca are compared.
