A new species of the genus Caecosagitta has been found in the southwestern Bering Sea and a revision of Sagitta macrocephala has been performed. A new diagnosis has been presented for the genus Caecosagitta and a new subgenus, Eucaecosagitta. Descriptions have been provided for new species (E. angelae sp. nov., E. jerryi sp. nov., Caecosagitta takasii sp. nov., C. caeca sp. nov., and Caecosagitta aberrantis sp. nov.), as well as figures and identification keys for all genera of the family Sagittidae. The fact of complete exchange of the deep-sea fauna in the southwestern Bering Sea is confirmed.
