In this paper (which represents the second part and, in the same time, the last one, on the amphipods collected by the expedition of "Grigore Antipa" Museum in the Indoensian Archipelago, 1991) 2 genera (Cylindrimolaris n.g. and Baliphoxus n.g.) and 6 new species (Rostrogitanopsis litoralis, Promedeia basilatissima, Dexaminoculus lacinimanus, Incratella carpolobata, Baliphoxus andresi and Birubius bali) are described. Also, the list of amphipods from the Indonesian Archipelago with species mentioned for the first time in this area or in other places than those known or mentioned by the authors in the first paper is completed.
