Antedon with arms to ~50 mm long. Cirri to 40, of 16-18 cirrals; length to ~25% arm length; longer proximal cirrals with L/W ratio 2.0-2.5; distal cirrals distinctly longer than wide and only slightly wider than proximal cirrals. P₁ with 20-25 segments, at least twice as long as P₂; P₂ and P₃ similar. to P3 ; there are often calcareous patches in the perisome between the division series.
