Taxonomic remark This species was excluded from Tryphosella because the coxa 1 is not shortened or tapered (Lowry and Stoddart 2011b). Pérez-Schultheiss (2016) assigned this species to genus Uristes, after confirmation that the setal teeth on the outer plate of maxilla 1 have a 7/4 crown pattern. [details]
