Diet Taken in baited traps.  [details]

Habitat Cavernicolous. 30 m from the mouth of the cave, where some dim light is still available. Although the humidity was high, there was no liquid water; the slope of the volcanic tube and the type of substrate make it probable that water is never permanently available. The cave entrance is at the level of high tide, sometimes seawater can enter the cave; however, in the deeper parts of the cave there is no marine influence detectable (Stock, 1989). [details]
