Diagnosis Short, sacklike test, up to 1.3 mm in length and 1.1 mm in breadth, ovoid in plan, with rounded base and broad, open apertural end; wall agglutinated, of very fine quartz particles, surface smoothly to moderately roughly finished; aperture large, rounded, terminal, bordered by thickened lip.
